The art of taking a break from your break. A paradox of self-care.

When you're on a break, but your break needs a break, you're in a crisis.

Here are the signs:

  • You're on a break, but you can't remember what you're doing.
  • You're on a break, but you can't stop thinking about work.
  • You're on a break, and you're actually working.

What do you do? Take a break from your break.

Go for a walk, play with a pet, or stare at a wall. Anything to get your mind off the fact that you're on a break.

And when you're back, you'll be refreshed, revitalized, and ready to take a break from your break again.
